Kali has been working in Workforce Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for more than 25 years.  She has been developing solutions and designing strategies to create workplace equity, genuine belonging, and to attract, retain and advance underrepresented and underserved talent. She has been accomplishing this by creating inclusive and diverse cultures; building systems and processes that disable biases and support equity; empowering the disenfranchised; building meaningful educational programming, and fostering psychological safety in the workplace. Kali is currently Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Omnicell, a leading healthcare technology company focused on improving patient care. Before joining Omnicell, Kali served as a Senior Director of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for UnitedHealth Group/Rally Health.  Prior to joining UHG/Rally, Kali owned and operated a DEI and Talent Management Consultancy where she provided strategic consultation to many fortune 500 companies over the course of 20 years. Prior to that, Kali was a Diversity Strategist for the State of Minnesota as a Director of Diversity and Training.
