Making the Most of Compulsive Analysis
Like most writers, it's a compulsion. When I am writing I lose a sense of time. I'm in Flow. It's also how I work out my beliefs, hone my opinions, and process the world around me. Like those who think out loud ~ I think through the page.
I also have a lot of ideas. In my role as a strategic DEI professional, I find I have "idea sparks" and in order to articulate solutions that map to a destination, I have to write. It's my vehicle to move an idea from vision to roadmap.
I was also raised by a litigator who taught me to fight any corner and win any argument, whether I believe in it or not, and most importantly, to compile my evidence. I leverage those skills to drive progressive and sometimes radical change. I write to influence.
Here is my evidence, and the outworking of my strategic visions. I may have already changed my mind about any number of my posts, but I’m showing my math anyway.
